An oil on canvas collage painting layered with an inspirational bible passage about believing. This was part of the original series licensed to Bed, Bath and Beyond in 2004 which broke art publishing records and was sold all over the world.

As a child, I always enjoyed artwork and was in constant need of art supplies. I studied classical painting and drawing at the School of the Art Institute of Chicago then transferred to Parsons School of Design in New York City. There I began a love affair with oil paints. I love the smell and the way they move around the canvas. I also work in pencil, pastels and acrylics. I changed my course to graphic design believing the digital skills I would acquire would help my career, while my fine arts knowledge would enhance my graphic work. I painted solely in oils but...
