Your image gets printed directly onto a sheet of 1/16" thick aluminum. The aluminum sheet is offset from the wall by a 3/4" thick wooden frame which is attached to the back. As a child, I always enjoyed artwork and was in constant need of art supplies. I studied classical painting and drawing at the School of the Art Institute of Chicago then transferred to Parsons School of Design in New York City. There I began a love affair with oil paints.
